Zencatalogue is a tool developed for professional needs. In order to meet your business needs, Zencatalogue can be entirely managed online.
This application has been developed with the purpose of satisfying the customer requirements. However, if you have any problem with Zencatalogue, you can contact our technical support.

- Do I have to install a specific software to use zencatalogue ?
- What file formats can be transformed into catalogues ?
- What is the advised resolution of my source file ?

- Can I create several catalogues from my personnal account ?

- I do not want to subscribe online. How can it be done?
All you need is on your computer : your web browser is sufficient (Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, ...).
Your source file must be in PDF format.
A 150 DPI resolution is sufficiant.
You can create catalogs with a weight up to 30 Mo.
Beyond this limitation, please contact us.
The rules to obtain a high quality catalog are simple :
- The pictures included in your file must have a good quality.
- Every pages of your file must have the same dimensions.
- Your PDF file must not be encrypted or protected against copy or printing.
- The fonts must be included in your PDF file.
Of course, in this case, every catalog created results in a new bill.
In your personnal account, you will retrieve the informations associated with every catalog.
When you create your catalog, you receive an identifier and a password by email to connect on your personnal account. In your account, you can retrieve your invoice history in PDF format.
